We will choose one lucky winner at random from all entrants on April 20th and announce the winner on the Roberts Fine Jewelers Facebook page! The lucky winner will be able to come in to Roberts Fine Jewelers and get $500 towards anything on display that day!

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE ENTRANT’S CHANCE OF WINNING. The Roberts Fine Jewelers $500 Shopping Spree Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is being conducted by Roberts Fine Jewelers (“Sponsor”). This sweepstakes is governed by these Official Rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in the sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor and its agents, are final in all respects. The sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion will be directed to Sponsor, not Facebook.
ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of the US, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older prior to the beginning of the Giveaway Sweepstakes Period. In order to win, the contestant must be able to come into the business location (1205 Tilton Road, Northfields NJ 08225) to claim and redeem their prize within these dates: April 25 – 29, 2017. Sponsor has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.
GIVEAWAY SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Giveaway begins on April 13, 2017 12 PM Noon EST and ends at April 20, 2017, 12 PM Noon EST. (“Giveaway Contest Period”). All entries (submissions) must be received on or before the time stated during that submission period. Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the sweepstakes at their sole discretion.
HOW TO ENTER
For one (1) free entry in Promotion, entrant may enter via Facebook by liking and commenting on the Promotion Post located on Facebook.com/RobertsFineJewelers between April 13th, 2017 12 PM Noon Eastern Standard Time (EST) and ending on April 20th, 2017 at 12 PM Noon EST (the “Entry Period”). Each person can only enter one (1) time.
WINNER SELECTION
All eligible entries received during the Entry Period will be gathered into a database at the end of the Entry Period. One (1) winner will be chosen at random. The winner will be announced on or about April 21, 2017 on or about 12 PM EST. The drawing will be recorded at 12 PM EST and broadcasted live on Facebook. Announcement and instructions for prize will be posted on the Sponsor’s Facebook Page, and the winner will be notified by Facebook direct message from a business Administrator and/or in a response comment to the entrant from the Sponsor Facebook Page. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his/her Facebook account for prize notification and receipt or other communications related to this sweepstakes. In order to win the entrant must be able to come into the business location (1205 Tilton Road, Northfields NJ 08225) to claim and redeem their prize within these dates: April 25 – 29, 2017. If a potential prize winner cannot be reached by Sponsor or Administrator within three (3) days (by 11:59PM April 24), and/ or can not pick up their prize at the Sponsor location between April 25-29, 2017 they may forfeit their prize. Upon the request of the Sponsor, the potential winner may be required to return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Prize Acceptance Form and IRS W-9 form. If a potential winner fails to comply with these official rules, that potential winner will be disqualified. All decisions of the sponsor with respect to the Promotion are final.

The odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries.
GRAND PRIZE
(1) $500 shopping spree at Roberts Fine Jewelers. The prize must be used in full at the time of redemption. Valid for in store purchases only at the location of the Sponsor – prize must be redeemed before 12/31/17. Terms and conditions may apply. Not valid on special orders, layaways, or previous purchases. Cannot be used to purchase a gift card. Cannot be combined with any other offer. Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses which are not specifically listed as part of a prize in these Official Rules and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt and use of all or any portion of the awarded prize are solely the responsibility of the respective prize winner.
ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE IS SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. The winner may be required to complete and submit an IRS Form W-9 with the winner’s full Social Security Number or the equivalent for receipt of any prize and will be required to complete and submit an IRS Form W-9 with the winner’s full Social Security Number or the equivalent for receipt of any prize valued at $600 or more or for any prizes awarded by Sponsor in a calendar year with an aggregate value of $600 or more. Failure to submit a complete W-9 or equivalent will result in forfeiture of the prize(s). Such winnings of $600 or more will be reported to the IRS.
ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS
Prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted. Sponsor and its agents, and representatives are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, errors in any printing or posting of these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this Promotion is unlawful and subject to possible legal action by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the Promotion, without notice, and for any reason, including, without limitation, if Sponsor determines that the Promotion cannot be conducted as planned or should a virus, bug, tampering or unauthorized intervention, technical failure or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Promotion. In the event any tampering or unauthorized intervention may have occurred, Sponsor reserves the right to void suspect entries at issue.
INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, THE FACEBOOK PLATFORM, ADMINISTRATOR, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRIZE. SPONSOR AND ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO ANY COMPUTER SYSTEM RESULTING FROM ACCESS TO OR THE DOWNLOAD OF INFORMATION OR MATERIALS CONNECTED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES.
PUBLICITY
Participation in the Promotion and/or acceptance of prize constitutes entrant’s and/or winner’s permission for the Sponsor or its designees to interview the winner, to photograph, film and record the winner, and to use in commerce and in any media, now or hereafter known, throughout the world, in perpetuity, his/her name, prize won, hometown (city and state), biographic information, likeness, photograph, voice, audio or video recording and/or any statements made by him/her regarding the Sponsor, the Promotion and/or its sponsor(s) for purposes of trade, publicity or promotion without notice or additional compensation, notification or permission, in perpetuity, except where prohibited by law. Each winner agrees to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize, except where prohibited by law.
